Cookie Information

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a little packet of information that our web server sends to your browser when you log in. Every time your browser requests a page from WebsiteOS, it passes the cookie back to the web server. This enables WebsiteOS to make sure that only you have access to managing your site. The cookie acts as your key. When you Logout of WebsiteOS, this cookie is deleted from your browser, thereby preventing someone else from pretending to be you without logging in.
